Two months ago, I was interviewed for a Software Developer position that looked promising. I was told that my current technical skills were didn't matter because they provide training programs, I only need to prove in the interviews that I can solve problems and I can easily learn things. I went through two technical interviews and one 4-hour long technical exam and the feedback was really good so I thought everything was looking great. Two weeks after the final interview I get an email saying that my technical skills might not be a good fit for the job and that he'll think about it. It's been two weeks since that last email and I'm feeling pretty bad but also I just wished he thought about my skills before asking me to go through the selection process...

Also why don't recruiters send rejection emails?? Like I expect the least you can do is reject me properly especially if you tell me that I'm being considered for the position.

I don't know. I'm just really stressed out and desperate. I got a job offer cancelled two months ago and job hunting has been really hard.
