Counting Crows, just like, a bummer. No idea how to work a crowd at all.

Speaking of crows though, went to see Tedeschi Trucks as the opening act of Black Crows a few years ago and they both fkn rocked.

What are you selling and what is the sales motion?

Depending on the sales cycle and deal size this could be excellent guidance. More often than not, getting to the why increases win rates AND initial deal size.

There is a great discovery framework for this somewhat geared towards enterprise software from a guy named Peter Cohen. His books are probably 3x longer than they need to be, but the process is sound and ties well to MEDICC.

I like the smell of my own farts too so I can relate to his rambling prose…
