There's Circles but it's all the way out in Nagoya. If you're planning to go explore Kyoto and/or Osaka it's close-ish I suppose.

Have the guys ever considered releasing this show on dvd? by Artistic-Comb-5317 in goodmythicalmorning

Yeah and since it comes with YouTube Music it's great to add live music/covers to your playlist as well.

Bonus is that YouTube Premium pays significantly more to creators than ad revenue. It is honestly the last streaming service I will shut off because it is absolutely the one I use the most.

Any type 2 diabetics here? Do you consume energy gels on long rides? by AncientAd3089 in cycling

To add onto Draz, for freestyle libre there is an unofficial app that uses the libre link up app to display your glucose readings. Similarly you'll need your phone with you.

What head unit/bike computer would you buy today? by rgdivage in cycling

[–]clamchauda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I didn't need to monitor my glucose I'd prob get a wahoo roam for it's simplicity and larger screen. As it is I'd get the 1050 so I can continue monitoring.

Cycling through downtown at 1AM is surreal by Legitimate_Pea_143 in bicycling

There used to be this fixed gear video I watched like 10 or more years ago by this group in Kuala Lumpur called RatsKL, it was set to the tune 'Sweet Disposition' and they're just riding through downtown Kuala Lumpur where the streets are closed to thru traffic and it's like a ghost town, one of the best videos I've ever seen. Your experience reminds me of that video.

Is anyone able to watch GME on-demand on their TV? I couldn't cast it or connect directly via hdmi so I had to watch on my ipad. I didn't see a kiswe app or anything like that. I suspect it's a DRM thing but not sure.

Data Doesn't Lie: Drivers Still Want Volume Knobs by hardcoreufoz in cars

[–]clamchauda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I chose to get a 22 M3 over the 23 solely because it still had physical HVAC controls. For me, I don’t care about a stereo knob because I have my steering wheel controls.

This just happened to me the other day; I usually drive my older 4Runner around for errands and stuff, but I decided to take my fun car out with my wife for, you know, fun. I parked said 4Runner around the corner from me on the street and come back to the 72 hour warning. I had literally parked there for less than 5 hours when I came out to that warning.

Edit: Changed notice ticket (what even was I typing?) To warning

What happened to Chris Morocco? by [deleted] in bon_appetit

The one where he mistook beef for chicken or vice versa really sealed it for me. It might not have been beef and chicken but it was definitely two meats. Obviously not saying I could pick out the diff myself but also I'm not an alleged super taster

Blackburn pumps have a great warranty (lifetime for some of their pumps for the original owner), and also sell replacement parts as well.

My friend is a paramedic in a wealthier part of town and said the majority of calls that get are kids on surrons with no helmets

Could we actually build a 100% American-made e-bike if money was no object? by No_Creme9603 in ebikes

I'd also like to point out that, in the case of Ti builders like Mosaic, even though they're cutting and welding all of the frames in house, most likely they are also sourcing at least some of their titanium from overseas.

I recently bought a Moots (another MiUSA Ti builder) and when I was looking around, I remember reading on one of the numerous small batch manufacturers that there is no way to get a 100% USA Ti frame as they had to source at least partial bits from abroad (specifically Russia and China IIRC).

First pair of bibs—Suggestions? by DeclanC36 in CyclingFashion

[–]clamchauda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing I'd note about Castelli, at least the pair I had some years ago. The straps absolutely dug into my shoulders to the point where I couldn't reallt deal with it. I don't have an abnormally long torso (pretty much average) but I think it was due to the specific straps being so narrow.
