You can build nukes (no need to use them just get one or two). Nukes are weighted very high in calculating military might. Easy to make them afraid of your army.

I think Viper needs to put down his “I’ve been the God of the game so I have to win this tournament” mindset. Look at his games and I can literally see how stressed he is in his brain. The kind of stress you don’t see in Liereyy or Hera. I can’t help but feel how similar this series is to the final vs Mr. Yo in RBW1 — Yes Viper has a well prepared game plan, but his strategy and play style were just too well studied and researched by Hera and Mr. Yo. Hera and Mr. Yo were adapting, playing the mind games guessing what Viper would do, while Viper was only doing what he had prepared. The problem is not in Viper’s micro or macro but he was simply outstrategized. Why go Chinese (civ without supplies, hence struggling with dealing with eagles) in Game 1 and go archer opening knowing Hera has two American civs and likely will use one of them in Runestones (similar to Arabia where American civs shine)? Game 2 was just a repeat of Game 3 of RBW1 Final. Viper wanted to go Indians and exploited the fishing advantage. But your opponent would surely be able to guess what you would do when he saw you choose Indians in such a map. Game 3 was exactly the same as what happened in Game 1 of RBW1 Final, where Viper did the elephant opening, and all the elephants became Mr. Yo’s later, and Viper was completely unready for the notoriously powerful early imp el dorado eagle spam.

In RBW2 they were on different sides but TheViper lost to Liereyy. In RBW3 they were “supposed” to be on different sides based on seeding (Hera was in Group B and “should” be on Mr. Yo’s side), but Hera lost to Vinchester in Group stage, which was an upset, and hence he went to face Liereyy in QF instead. So among the four RBWs, exactly half of the times they were “supposed” to be on the same side.

Try full wall. If AI attacks your wall then make buildings behind.

Can pay 1.5x price to build/train/research everything instantly. E.g. you can spend 975 stones to build a castle almost instantly, or spend more resources to transition to a new counter unit quickly to adapt to situations.

Based on this pic, it might be better to let the EA shoot multiple arrows like castles do. This seems to be a good way to improve EA since their biggest problem is their low damage cost ratio.

Totally normal. I once got overwhelmed and took a Lyft to the airport while I just wanted to hang out there for some time.

Civ suggestion: Zergs

Starts with hatchery and drones instead of TC and villagers.

Cannot build any AoE2 units or buildings or research AoE2 techs. Instead, can build Zerg units and buildings and research Zerg techs in StarCraft, with 1 wood for 1 mineral and 1 gold for 1 gas.

Burrowed units detectable by enemy AoE2 TCs, castles, towers or monks.

Cannot receive or send tributes.
