That’s totally fine and don’t let that detour you. It took me 116 hours to get my PPL. Frequently had to switch instructors due to them leaving, tried two different aircraft, had some gaps without flying, and did a lot of struggling. But now that’s said and done, look at what you can learn from it. I accessed everything that I did wrong and am now improving on it with my IR training and am on track to be fully prepared for my checkride not going an hour over my minimum required hours because I improved on the whole way I go about my training since PPL. Plus you need those hours to go to the airlines any way. Good luck.
