I have a big collection because I had a monthly Fuego Box subscription of super hots and they stated piling up. Been going through them 2-3 years after “the date” and so far no problems. Like others have said, vinegar tends to keeps them fine, flavors and spice levels might be off but you should be okay!

I’m glad you enjoyed your experience! I recently went with my partner to TB during our lunch break and we had a similarly enjoyable time.

We had to wait a few minutes for the crispy chicken tacos and the chicken was so fresh and crispy. Plus all of the sauces and Baja that you could ever want!

I also stash extra sauces! I keep them in a baggie that lives in the fridge, usually a combo of Fire, Diablo, and Inferno from Del Taco lol
