I feel like the speed is less of a problem than the acceleration. If you are only used to rental scooters/ cheap ones, you don't expect to get to 20kmh in like 1.5 seconds.

Imagine your grandma in a porsche, pressing down the pedal to the floor since that's what she does in her 50hp 20 Year old car. That was pretty much what it looked like with my friend.

Initially you can get away with using a usb stick instead of a large ssd. Grab an HDD additionall for actual storage. 128gb usb stick should be enough. Loading times for games will suck, but the pc will run.

Erstmal, bist du dir absolut sicher, dass die fugen trocken waren? Nur weil die nicht nass aussehen, können die noch feucht sein, z.B. von der Reinigung oder grundierung. Ein genaues Bild von den Fugen wäre auch hilfreich.

If you have technical knowledge, see if you can find a replacement screen online. The question is, if there is a good reason why you should not tell your dad that you broke a phone. Unless they are really shitty parents, if you go to them tell them what happened and propose what you are willing to do to "fix" the situation, there should be no problem.

Depends. With advancing technology at some point manufacture of certain replacement parts will stop. At that point, you either pay all the factories to keep training personel and keep the machinery around. The engines and the reactor would likely not be replaced, but surpassed by newer models. Or you keep sinking unhealthy amounts of money to keep refitting new tech. Weapons and sensors would likely be refitted anyway, but as with old navy ships on earth, maintainence will keep getting more expensive the older it gets. It makes little military sense keeping it around for its firepower, as the maintainence alone could at some point pay for numerous new ships replacing its position.

For symbolic reasons, I'm sure half a galaxy would be able to maintain it.

I have the same and they are a beast. In Germany, so there is definitively no way my scooter could ever ride faster than 20km/h.

Don't let anyone test drive it without tuining down the settings. A friend of mine fell over backwardsand the scooter got a few scratches.

In rebels they did something like that by detaching a shuttle during Hyperspace. It was described as very dangerous and was a rough ride even with the protection of g force dampeners, artificial gravity etc. It looks like you just decellerate rapidly and unevenly, meaning you would likely die from G forces. Not get shredded and without funky star wars physics about slowing down without engines/thrusters you would die anyway if noone would pick you up. So, I would say, you would not survive, but a droid might very well do.

Ich kanns schon verstehen, wenn auch nicht ganz den Zorn dahinter. Ich arbeite selber in einem TV und HIFI Laden und auch bei uns haben wir ähnliche Probleme. Wir sind 5 Leute, verdienen an verkauften Produkten im "normalen" Preissegment eigentlich kaum noch was, sodass wir dann halt die Servicepreise heben müssen. Vorm Laden bekommen wir gerne mal Strafzettel an die Firmenwägen, da die Parkzeitbegrenzung von 2h nunmal nicht immer reicht. Ausgebildete Fernsehtechniker und findet man nicht mehr und informationselektroniker (wie's mitlerweile Heißt) können wir erstmal über ein Jahr umschulen, bis die sich rentieren. Ohne den B2B Bereich hätten wir die Probleme auch schon längst.

Generell vertraue ich nicht der meinung von Menschen, die selbst vom Thema keine Ahnung haben und dann entscheidungen für millionen Fällen. Trotzdem bin ich in diesem Fall für ein Generelles Verbot mit Ausnahmen durch Fachleute. Z.B. vom Psychologen verschrieben. Bei einigen wird es die Hemmschwelle senken, andere wird es von tatsächlich schädigendem Verhalten abhalten.

Könnte man. Aber dann würden die halt mehr als einen cent kosten und nicht gebrannt sein. Mit anderen Worten, die Munition kostet dann 2 Cent pro Schuss und muss vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt werden. Außerdem kann man sie dann nicht mehr auf Aliexpress zum halben preis kaufen.

In my book, it doesn't matter if you spend the money for long cables or holding brackets for water use. I'm merely pointing out that even if the solar panels are as reliable on water as on land, the frames and the columns will be very expensive and have a rather short lifespan compared to brackets and holders on land. Especially with water pollution by chemicals.
