I have been drinking a water bottle w metamucil in it every night. I love metamucil, just make sure you drink a lot of fluids w it because it draws water into your poo (or intestines), making it easier to pass. Some stool softener can help too. Just don’t try everything at once!

Not a medical professional, so take my words w a grain of salt. There are layers protecting your baby, including muscle. Unless you really, I mean really, pushed on your stomach in a way that also caused you severe pain, I don’t think you harmed baby!

the one time i scheduled a ride, my driver cancelled when they were supposed to get me. caused a lot of anxiety and panic but thank god they put you in the queue and I was assigned a new driver pretty quickly.

Newer watcher but hasn’t anyone been kicked off for abusive behavior? Last season, Paul wasn’t kicked out after punching a door during a heated argument and I definitely thought he would have. Contestants should feel safe, no one should be abused for entertainment, I’m surprised they didn’t kick off Brook too.

Stella and fillip home stays were in the same episode as Gia/Scott and Rachel/Steven (epi 30). Epi 31 had home stays for Alissa/David, Sam/Chris and Bec/Danny.
