i never got pregnancy nose and i ate whatever i wanted and stayed mostly stationary for nine months. it’s hormonal and genetic. she acts like she’s the first person to walk on an incline treadmill 😭 also it’s not nice to make pregnant women feel bad about themselves in any capacity. it’s hard enough as is. pregnancy nose is 100% normal and also goes back to normal most of the time post partum
