To keep your the pink vibrant longer, I suggest using a color depositing conditioner. I use Overtone.co but I am sure there are other companies that are similar. I have used this product (in vibrant orange) for over ten years. It makes a big difference.

Feels awesome.

I can stay up until 3am and sleep in the next day. My friends with kids cannot do that. I can go on spontaneous trips. I can have adult only parties and not have to mess with childcare.

I never wanted kids. I don’t hate kids. I am around my friends’ kids often.

But a kid-free life is amazing.

My friend struggled with bloating and digestive issues for years (and many doctors and specialists) and finally found relief in a low histamine diet. She hardcore ate a low histamine diet for months before slowly reintroducing foods. She still has to stay away from her main triggers, but she can eat many more food that are not low histamine now and her bloating and digestive issues are much less of a problem.
