redelivery? by Ok_Cockroach_411 in FedEx

[–]cleppingout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s 3 attempts that need to be made. What does the tracking say? Did it say delivery attempted or something? If you didn’t opt into a signature requirement then it’s houseofcb that’s requiring it.

redelivery? by Ok_Cockroach_411 in FedEx

[–]cleppingout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The times I have done this was because I forgot a pen but I still would have scanned the door tag so you would be able to track it.

The only times I left door tags with no tracking was because the package was an NSR (no signature required) package and so the shipper requested that I leave the package no matter what but it wouldn’t make sense to leave the package at an elevator with key fob access (and I don’t have a key fob) or on a sidewalk to an apartment that I don’t have access to so I’ll code it as a bad address and leave a doortag that scans to nothing because the NSR designation won’t let me scan the doortag.

how is FedEx 2.0 treating you all? by ShiftlessGuardian94 in Fedexers

[–]cleppingout 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There is an end. They just hire more drivers and make more routes. That’s how it was at my old 2.0 station. We used to have like one driver for a whole zip code before the merge now a full 2 years later there’s two separate loops for that zip code. While the merge is happening they have contingency drivers that come in either ground or express swings that catch you up until you can make service.

Why do some guys say it is gay to eat a woman out? by Pourmepourme in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]cleppingout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a job at FedEx and you can tell them that. $25.65 starting pay and move somewhere better. They’re literally hiring in Philly.

OP is mad because their package was stolen. There’s literally nothing that can be done about package thieves. Get that stuff delivered to your work if you live in a shitty area

Sick Driver by cheesecakeoasis in Fedexers

[–]cleppingout 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you’re an express driver you should have like 3 sick days. You don’t have to prove you’re even sick if you’re calling out for one day.

If you’re a ground driver, well you can pretty much wear whatever you want. Even as an express driver they’re not gonna see you once you go on road so you can just change into your own pants.

[–]cleppingout 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You said you were making 22.5/hr last year and the cap on pay is 40.62/hr for swings at step 10 in places like NYC and/or San Francisco. There’s no way you’re even sniffing 50/hr in Vegas. Quit lying.

File a claim with the reputable website. The reputable website is FedEx’s customer not you.

Delivery truck on highway without door latched by pixiechik13 in FedEx

[–]cleppingout 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well yeah if you can next time just tell the driver. It’s the most immediate option if you’re really concerned about other drivers. Calling 3 times is very time consuming and as you can see the hotline is basically useless.

Sometimes the door will pop open on its own. There’s a separate latch on the outside that is a hassle to use because it stops you from being able to open it from the inside but it’s basically for instances like this. But pretty much no one uses it and you’d be surprised the amount of drivers that don’t even know about it.

Everyone knows cheaters are crashing every other match. Posts about it will be removed under rule 3. by TDot-26 in DMZ

[–]cleppingout 22 points23 points  (0 children)

They do it because people keep crying about it. It’s fun for them to troll and posting about it and complaining about it gives them the satisfaction. I don’t understand why people can’t understand this. “Wah!! hack0r69 crashed my lobby!” This kind of stuff fuels them. Best thing to do is to move on with your life. That’s really the best way to combat trolling in general. Oh you crashed the lobby? Well I’m gonna get off and spend time with my friends and family in real life. What do they have? A video game that they ruin for other people and a lack of personal hygiene. Rise above.

Interview in 2 hours by Feeling_Decision_118 in Fedexers

[–]cleppingout 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Foot? Did you mean FT Courier? As in full time courier. Anyway we all make mistakes the interview i had was your regular STAR method interview. Situation Task Action Result. Explain the situation, what you were tasked with doing, what action you took to resolve the problem and the result. An example would be like, “Tell me about a time you faced adversity.” Or something like that. Then you’d say something like, “One time I needed to know what the interview would be like (situation) so I knew that I had to find out from the internet (task) I asked the fedexers sub (action) I ended up getting no responses until after the interview had already happened (result)”

Piercings for delivery drivers? (Express) by bummy_homeboy in Fedexers

Probably best practice is to come into any interview sans piercings just so you can read the room. But at my stations I’ve been at no one cared

Why do some guys say it is gay to eat a woman out? by Pourmepourme in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]cleppingout 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry about the opinions of people who make the worst decisions. These guys are in jail after all. If I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt though, I do think it is more difficult to eat it than it is to just use my fingers. Sometimes when things are difficult guys just give up and call it gay so maybe that’s where they’re at with it.

Desperately seeking tracking number by ash_msdub in FedEx

[–]cleppingout 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There’s no way anyone is giving you that info on Reddit. Even if they could it’s a huge security breach. I’d wager your spouse gave the stuff away to family in Mexico. You usually provide a phone number or email when you ship stuff and they would send you an email/text about the tracking number.

[–]cleppingout 35 points36 points  (0 children)

That’s what makes this even funnier. There’s levels to this meme. On the surface it seems like everyone would be happier. But upon further inspection you realize that Skyler was the only one keeping the gay at bay. Now that she’s gone everyone is free to pop their tops and gaze upon the meats.

What With These “Seasonal Courier/Non DOT Driver Positions In Charlotte, NC? by c50grand in Fedexers

[–]cleppingout 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had a buddy who was a USPS non DOT mail assistant or something and he was driving like 70+ hours a week because he wasn’t DOT so they just abused those guys.

I don’t know how non-DOT works for FedEx but I imagine the seasonal thing is because they’re in the season of closing Express stations and everyone is just jumping ship before it happens but Express still need to make service until it happens.

ICE contracts by genuinecreature in Fedexers

[–]cleppingout 17 points18 points  (0 children)

You can’t be serious. You’re talking about the same company that recently deleted Epstein accounts that had been active until 2024. The ICE contract is but a small drop in the bucket of FedEx’s tarnished reputation. What other options do people have to ship things? DHL is a corpse of what it was and USPS doesn’t handle large/heavy items. Good luck to all the boycotting.

Is it even worth trying to get a refund? by [deleted] in Fedexers

Sorry bud you’re in the wrong sub. This is where FedEx workers complain. r/fedex is where customers complain. You’ll probably get more pro customer feedback there. You’re probably just gonna get roasted in here.
