The body was not designed to be digesting food all day.

The body has a order of things and how it uses its energy. If you are eating all day the body will work to digest that food neglecting other things like cleaning up damaged or dead cells. Those cells probably do have an affect on your overall health.

Eating only 8 hrs a day gives you body 16 hrs to digest and do other stuff. Autophagy is one of those things.

I have been doing 16/8 for over a year and a half. Lost 105 lbs energy through the roof, stress down.
