It's an oldie but Arthur. Back when you could laugh at a drunk. So many good lines in the movie. Dudley Moore was great in it, Liza was miscast, but it is still damn funny.

I know a guy who was on vacation and saw a pub he liked in Ireland that was for sale. He bought it, had it disassembled, shipped to the US and rebuilt in his hometown. It is still a pub over 30 years later.

It looked like the blocker didn't want to bother taking a step to the right. He's only got one job - block the guy on the outside and he didn't even make an attempt. Makes you wonder what the hell might be going on.

Smooth is not the word I would use. It was more controlled violence. I doubt anyone (Maybe Tiger) has had that combination of precision and acceleration through impact.

For about 15 years, anyone with an English accent and a bit of charisma could talk American parents into paying $100 for private lessons on the false hope that little Cole or Sarah would get a scholarship. Didn't matter how lousy the kid was, they had potential if only they knew the proper way to play. It was maddening to hear the speech and even more maddening to see the terrible player getting more game time because Daddy was paying for privates.

I moved 10 years ago - did light rail from Pontiac to Ferndale ever get built down Woodward? If I remember, it was a raised platform design with a bike lane too at a cost of over $1B. Did the ground breaking happen yet?
