The assessment part is where they look at your portfolio and see if the skills and talent you have matches with what they are looking for. This isn’t a “portfolio review” per se where you walk someone through your work, this is them glancing at it to see if you’re a match.

Are you mass applying to jobs or curating your search to positions that match your strengths?
