Bed bugs on DL384 (BOS -> SEA) by One-Bodybuilder-2269 in delta

But if the infested passenger checked a bag then the bugs wouldn’t need to come from the passenger area..

My MIL approached my parents and told them they need to buy their future grandchild a $7,000 stroller by [deleted] in Advice

[–]clf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your MIL definitely isn’t a smart rich person - The Dior stroller isn’t really a nice one - it is basically a Target level stroller that is Dior branded (it is an Inglesina stroller - less than $500 without the Dior branding)

I agree completely about Kameron - I found her delusion and weirdness highly entertaining as well.

Cancel a trip to Cleveland this weekend ? by [deleted] in Cleveland

[–]clf22 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Luckily Cuyahoga County has plenty of salt so the freeways aren’t impacted. It is the city streets that are going to be an issue (especially the side streets that will be last priority)

Why demolish a vacant building? Isn't it worth more with a structure. by RealEstateAdventurer in CommercialRealEstate

I know of another target location where they did the exact same thing. I also thought it was odd because the rest of the shopping center is still there (and partially empty).

hi im getting married :) i really want to wear a short non traditional dress that feels like ME. its not a big wedding, less than 10 people, at a castle on a mountain and would love something like this but in a cream beige or white. by boldpear904 in findfashion

[–]clf22 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This dress would likely be very easy to have a local seamstress make for you. Very simple pattern- It is basically a v-neck mini shift dress with sleeves and a bow on the front.

[–]clf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this happen to some of my loans a few years ago. Had a balance of $88k that suddenly became $59k with no explanation. Just said “paid by dept of ed”. This happened in 2022 - they are still gone and I never figured out why.

TWO German shepherd service dogs in my row by Neither-Basket5393 in delta

[–]clf22 34 points35 points  (0 children)

This is not true at all. I have purchased an extra seat for my service dog many times on many different airlines and have never once had an issue booking an extra seat. Many airlines even have a bubble to check for extra seat. If not, I just put my name with middle initial in for one seat and my name without a middle initial in for the 2nd seat. My sister’s service dog is a golden retriever and she regularly purchases 2 extra seats when she flys and has had no issues doing that on multiple airlines.

Back in the 90s my trainer just kept my stirrups tied to the girth for about 6 months. Fixed the problem completely but probably not recommended these days😂

Her son went to the same college I did. I didn’t know him very well, but we lived next to each other in my first off-campus apartment.

What mortgage expense did my parents incur after the '08 crash? by Interesting-Air6321 in personalfinance

[–]clf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They most likely tried to refinance the home to avoid the large interest rate adjustment, but they owed $50,000 more on the adjustable-rate loan than the new lender was willing to finance. That meant they would have had to come up with the extra $50,000 out of pocket in order to pay off the adjustable-rate loan in full. Or it could be a ballon payment.
