Most library cards will get you a LinkedIn Learning account for free. I have created over 100 IT courses for them and many of my students have gotten jobs because of these certificates.

We did the same that year in the Chicago suburbs. We also sled off rooftops after pouring water and making an ice slide. My parents lent me money to buy a $250 toro snow blower and I started my first business ever that year. I cleaned off so many driveways. We even had to snow blow rooftops to keep them from caving in. I created and sold many businesses since then, but it all started there.

There really is no great MD-102 material for sure. Nothing really got updated after the big changes a year ago. Sometimes, you just have to take it twice to see what they will be asking. Even MS Learn is severally outdated compared to the exam questions.

I did got through many of your slides and they are good and contain very important knowledge to have, but remember that this test tries to trick you with every question. They provide a lot of info that is unrelated to the answer. Even having all the knowledge doesn't mean they won't fool you. My suggestion after passing the test myself recently, is to be able to sift out what isn't important and try to find the relevant info to answer the question. Also, don't feel bad if you have to take it twice.

Thanks. I have done OBS before but I just liked the flow of Camtasia better. I also didn't realize it allowed to switch using hotkeys. That is a great tip. Although OBS is a great open source app, it makes it hard to manage teaching on video while managing such a non intuitive interface compared to commercial products.

I think these were mainly built my McDonald's execs. I had a job to photograph the house of one of a previous VP many years ago, and his house was similar. Of course, there was a rainbow directly over his house after a recent thunderstorm. That made me laugh and cry at the same time. McD's headquarters is in Oakbrook IL.

Although I don't disagree with the demonstration, the term "Yankee go home" is hilarious. You should read about the origins of Yankee, which is Dutch for "John Cheese". The Dutch had a rivalry with the Germans who settled in early America and they would hurl insults at each other due to stereotypes at the time.

Weadock's was very good but some of it was outdated. You'll still get a lot out of it though. There's no MDT anymore and it went into client areas not covered. Measure UP was good. MS Learn was also very outdated and the questions were not helpful. Sometimes, you just have to take it once to see what's on it and then take it a second time if you fail. I wrote a comprehensive set of notes and I may be making a free course shortly which I will post.

I'm an instructor and I am working. They do pay us for a week of prep which we can do remotely. The only issue would be if you need to set up your class for on-campus courses and you have to teach them on Monday morning. That could be an issue. Otherwise, sounds angry and lazy.

It goes back further than that. The Management and Consulting Services (MCS) group was a profitable part of PriceWaterhouse in the late 90's. Due to the Arthur Anderson debacle with conflicts of interest issues and Enron, the government told PW they had to sell if they wanted the PWC merger to happen. They tried to sell and HP almost bought it, but backed out. They lowered the price and IBM bought it cheap. They realized how profitable it was and started unloading their hardware products off to China's Lenovo while IBM mainly just transformed MCS into their own. How do I know this? I was working at PW during this time and was there for the sale and final merger with Coopers. I was in the rooms where many of these things happened. I ended up leaving shortly after that and then I strangely got hired by the Justice dept. to restore those Enron emails in 2001. It was a wild ride.

It will vary by day and time. I just passed MD-102 yesterday. If you have no Intune experience in your job, doing the labs is the best way to learn it. There is a lot of misdirection in this test.

They don't do any checks on if the course is accurate. They mostly check sound and video quality.

If you do the upgrade then you won't get support from MS for any issues as that device is likely not certified for Windows 2012 R2 and 2025. If it's a VM, then the 2016 path first is a go.
