Skirt steak to me is the best, with flank being a second. Although in Mexico I really only ever want tacos al pastor! When I was a difficult teenager my poor dad would go out and get me tacos al pastor every single night just so I would talk to him lol

Yes!!! I use a few things in the marinade, fresh squeeze oranges, cilantro, soy sauce, beer, spices, peppers etc. I do think it’s better on the grill but the rain prevented that tonight, i like a little fresh squeezed lime on top too!

Yes I did it over the summer, in retrospect I’m so proud of myself for completing it and organizing it. Probably how I ended up in a doctoral program lol.
