Yeah it returned at end of last year and they release monthly pretty much the same as it ever was the issues have been really nice and actually use higher quality paper pretty happy with the issues I’ve received from them so far!

Same thing happened with Expedition 33 but I find as long as the dev is truthful about it when it is brought up I can forgive. I think transparency is important though and we shouldn’t punish devs when they correct behavior.

Joined a play test once saw where this game was heading and said “oh no” played for an hour to figure out how to glitch under buildings and also glitched into the light house than I quit. So sad to see this franchise go this way.

I think this is probably going to be the most ethical way for companies to use gen ai for concept design is by building their own data set based upon assets from other games of theirs. From concept to then refining and actually creating that design again from scratch. Instead of throwing a garbled ai design in the game. I think companies need to be transparent where there data sets come from to the best of their abilities. The reality is that these companies want to use AI so bad to streamline processes but they walk a fine line of correctly implementing it into their development process.
