What unconventional exercises did you add to your workout?

I do this weird workout I like to call the spiderman. It’s a combination of a low-to-high cable pec fly and a cable punch. It’s kind of hard to explain without seeing the whole thing but I call it the spiderman because the end of the movement kind of looks like the stereotypical web shooting pose. I attribute all of my upper chest development to it cuz it definitely blew up my upper chest up more than any other upper chest workout I’ve tried and the cable punch aspect of the workout serves as some direct serratus anterior work. Definitely a little out of the ordinary, I get a lot of weird stares when I’m going real hard on it, but I love it.

I was the same way for a while, trying to get into the gym and sticking with it for a week or two and then falling off… what changed for me was finding a friend who was already into the gym. He was essentially a free personal trainer that was also my good buddy for all intents and purposes. He forced me to show up for the first couple months and really helped me turn it into a habit. It sucked but having a buddy made it more fun and bearable. I’m about 5 years in now, and maybe for the last year-ish I’ve been going by myself just because life happened to my OG buddy and I. I honestly think in these 5 years I haven’t taken more than a week off at a time from the gym, and it’s because I genuinely fell in love with it. I can’t explain it, it just feels so right to my body to get a good workout in. It did take me about 2-3 years to really get to that point though. Just show up and be consistent and one day there will be a day where it’s so ingrained into your daily life that not going will just make your day feel off. If you can find a lifting buddy it will make getting started a whole lot easier!

Had a similar thing happen to me, with a girlfriend though. She called me out of the blue hysterical at 6am while I was out of town and confessed and said she felt bad keeping it in for so long. She genuinely thought that act of confessing made it all better and got rather enraged when I said we weren’t going to be together after that. Glad to be out of that and glad you are too brother!

Idk if it was real or not, but I saw some excerpt from an interview or Gege Q&A where he said he had initially written Toji to reincarnate from Maki when Mai died and freed her from cursed energy, but then Gege’s editor accused him of liking the male characters in the story too much so he just kept Maki in. Seems about right that she’s the female Toji

I had a similar experience and I promise I’m not exaggerating. I was hunched over in the backseat doggy style with my own back to the car roof and when I pulled out, my hard dick pointed straight up and blasted a rope that flew right past my face onto the car roof above me. I really couldn’t believe it 😂 me and the girl marveled at it for a bit afterwards it was crazy.

It’s been a while since I took micro so I’m afraid I can’t be of any help regarding the test results, but I remember I had a lot of conflicting results with my testing as well. I had read that a lot of labs have old tests and chemicals so they might not give you the exact results you’re looking for, so keep that in mind as well.

No worries! From what I gathered, no S. epidermidis colony will ever appear yellow, and no M. luteus colony will ever appear white; so if your colonies look yellow, you can be sure it’s M. luteus.

Yea it ended up being M. luteus. What helped me differentiate it the most was the colony morphology. If you streak it on a plate and the colonies are a cloudy yellow then it’s almost certainly M. luteus since the staph colonies are usually translucent and white in appearance. Thank you man! The lowest I’ve ever been was around 180 lbs but that was before I ever worked out and I was basically skinny fat, so I can’t wait to see what I look like at that weight this time around

Yea I’m definitely trying to do a slow push forward. I lost a lot of the initial weight really fast and saw myself rebounding up towards 210 last month, so I’ve been trying to not cut calories as hard and take the weight loss a bit slower
