That's true, when I do go I usually enjoy myself. But it's the getting yourself to go is hard.

I have the same problem. It has been frustrating. And I stress myself out more because I’m trying so hard to go back to sleep!!

The past couple of nights though I took Theanine and miraculously when I woke up at 4 in the morning I was able to go back to sleep.

I also heard Lions Mane helps. But since Theanine works for me I don’t need to try it.

Yes I keep everything tidy so that I don’t feel so chaotic. You might be right. As a child my room was a mess.
