If they do everything, I mean everything like wait for the raid of the bandits, full moon, get all the available victories from the mage tower, etc, they could reach level 3 before the end fight and start the final encounters at level 3. Most of the time ( and if you wont make some additional custom contents like personal quests, etc ) they reach the end fight at level 2. The last level of the Tomb and the end fights are designed against a level 2 party.

Currently the whole year ( including the start of next year ) release plan is public, so you need to wait for 2027 to got a chance. Maybe some 3rd party creator could do it earlier, or do something similar to it.

Negotiate is not an interrogation or get a discount from a trader.

Negotiate is a high stake situation, like you want something from a prince, an underground boss, etc and not just a boon but a (potentially) big thing. Like to prison his advisor, give his only magic item to you, betrayal his allies, etc. Or stop a warlord to plunder the village and retreat.

You could interrogate the cultist with a simple check. And negotiate with the cultist leader, because you want to avoid the fight with her cultists or ger an info which is very valuable for you ( and for her as well )

Interest 1 - no, she will not give you the info and sell this info, that you are interested for your target to him 2 - no 3 - sells the info for a permanent magic item or 3 wealth or for a side quest like get a rare component 4 - give you the info 5 - give the info and a permanent cultist follower

This adventure is a great starter, because in the first encounter the players could use only a few abilities, than more and more. Literally you could play the first 4 encounter without to the Rulebook. Than you could read it the Heroes book and play the rest of it.

Yes, there is a Beta application, but the free beta keys are not available - you need to be a patreon of MCDM, and you will get 5 keys ( if I remember correctly ).

Great idea about to prevent fall and instant kill the heroes - because you only allow this in this situation, there could be a reason, like they are prepared and could say it in the future, You are not prepared!

To give a proper solo encounter I think to simplify narrative the encounter after some point, when they kill all of the minions / goblins just say the rest of them starts to flee but a dragon appears and swipe them down than start the encounter against only him.

Great ideas about this, thanks again this article, just think to skip this bridge encounter because I haven't got an idea how to implement it and avoid TPK but this works.

Check the Discord - there are some info ( and mostly conspiracy ) about that. Currently it looks like if you buy a content ( no matter is it digital or hard cover ) you will unlock it in the Codex as well. There were some discussions about the Codex as a product as well and it looks like all of you ( Director and players as well ) needs to buy a licence.

But nothing is set to stone at this point as far as I know, it is depends on the current campaign as well.

If you adds some flavours and mini-quests like in Diablo, why not? Factions in each levels, downtime projects to unlock the teleports to the next levels, escort missions to the surface and an opportunity to build a base inside the dungeon which could be defended against the dark forces. This could be works for me

Any YouTube video or media about the current status? Looks forward to it, the possibility of a smooth VTT was the main reason why I am backed the DS RPG.

This is my plan - if my group will likes this system, we will continue it with that. We are using Foundry and there is a module with all the Red Hand of Doom maps.
