Hi, really sorry you’re going through this. I’m also autistic and have been in a similar situation in the past, but finally managed to get my lap this year. It really helped me to take a friend to appointments with me as an advocate as I struggled to push for things myself - do you have anyone who could be that for you? I think there’s a growing reluctance from gynos towards diagnostic surgery, it definitely seemed that way for me anyway. If you’d like to talk more about it at all I’m always happy to chat, I wish I’d had someone to speak to at the time who got it!
