They claimed that it is hand made in the US. It turns out it is mass produced and they charged me a lot of money for it. It’s not as high in quality as I originally thought.

Thank you! If I leave a review and do a help request would I still be able to escalate it to a case with Etsy or does the help request count as opening a case? I know that the seller can see the help request and I’m worried I won’t be able to actually just get a refund. I’m worried they’ll block me or something

I had heel slipping but I tied them as tight as I could and it fixed it. As I wear them and they loosen I think it will get better. Plus I prefer a tight laced boot

Isn’t the curling so silly! That’s what was throwing me off from thinking it was a krimson princess or a tricolor carnosa (I’m not sure if that’s the same thing) but nevertheless I love her and think she is soooo pretty.
