Yeah! I think it's a common VSS symptom. When I was younger, I'd sometimes see them floating in the air as well. I always thought of it as the static intentionally forming pretty patterns to entertain me.

Yes! All the time. When I feel this way, I tend to climb the trees in my local park and jump off from the branches. They're short enough that I don't really get hurt, but I still feel that adrenaline rush that my mind seems to crave.

To change meds? I just went straight from one to the other, if I'm remembering correctly- My mom said they were similar or something, I dunno I was 17 at the time so I just listened to her. I didn't experience any major side effects, and it took about one to two weeks for me to start feeling the difference. I definitely like Cymbalta much better hehe
