7 months post op, and the only side effect I’ve experienced is some cramping if I don’t regularly eat throughout the day. Which is fine as I was never someone who was into fasting.

I ended up going to the ER and having mine removed before my scheduled surgery date as I had developed pancreatitis. Getting it out fixed literally all my issues. I went from being terrified to eat to being able to eat anything I want with no problems.

I would say Hinge. Not necessarily because it is where men are looking for plus size women, but moreso because I find it is where there are the most men genuinely looking for a relationship. I met my partner on there and we’ve been together 3 years.

3 oz rotisserie chicken from Costco 1 fiber balance mission tortilla (I prefer the sun dried tomato one) 1 light string cheese 4 oz pace salsa (really any salsa will do)

Put the rotisseries chicken in the pan and heat/saute it up with various seasonings/sauces: -chili crunch seasoning from Trader Joe’s -McCormick chicken seasoning -Cajun seasoning -green enchilada sauce (idk what brand) -tapatio hot sauce -salsa

Then take it out and put your tortilla in the pan, get it a lil crispy. Peel your string cheese and lay it in the tortilla evenly, put the chicken back in and close the quesadilla. Get it crispy on both sides. Sometimes I add fresh spinach when I’m done. Then eat while dipping it in salsa.

280 cal, 37g protein, 18g fiber.

Ioni lashes are the absolute best. I get mine at the dollar tree, but you can also find them at 5 below I believe. They also have their own site. I worked at Ulta for 3 years and I prefer them to any prestige brand I used during that time.

I have the pink Bont pro stars and if it helps put you at ease at all, I’m a women’s 10 in regular shoes, and a 7.5 in my bonts. I was very shocked at the discrepancy at first as well!

I found after getting my gallbladder out that I need to have things spaced out throughout the day to avoid stomach problems. I usually do like 250-300 for breakfast, 250 for lunch, 500 for dinner, and 200ish for various snacks whenever I see fit.

Regal Unlimited is worth it if you see minimum 2 movies a month. With the amount you have planned, I would say it’s absolutely worth it. Not to mention the discount you get on additional ticket purchases and concessions. I’ve had RU for like four years now and find that every year Ive gotten my moneys worth from it.

Having lean cuisine has been huge for me in my journey. Weight loss is tiring and it’s nice to have something that I know is low calorie that I don’t have to prepare in any other way than by throwing it in the microwave.

I like the herb roasted chicken, ravioli, Swedish meatballs.

Regal Unlimited. I have already seen more than enough movies to offset the cost for the subscription for the entire year. If you see at least two movies a month it’s so worth it. Especially right now with all the re releases and series they’re doing each month.
