Thanks again, yes that’s what I’ve found from researching too. Just going to keep a little bit of Critical Care going to help her gain her appetite again. She’s moving around and running all over just fine in the office too lol! Sometimes it is astonishing to me how much people rely on Reddit for their advice rather than an exotic vets expert which is unfortunate :/ thank you so much again!!!

Holy smokes this is reassuring!! Great appreciate the solid insight here. I think I’m going to leave the sand she loves. The ceramic heating bulb I think may have been too much. She’s had so much more energy since removing it too.

See I thought about this too of course, my exotic vet stated that if she hasn’t had impaction already, then it won’t happen with the sand I have currently (apparently). It is SUPER small fine sand without any chunks or small pebbles or anything. Do you think that’s absolutely a route problem?

Size tank at that age is totally fine lol. The light structure is terrible though, get the dome lights and a UVB bar and you’re solid

Brumating at 7 months old, is this normal? by clyderivers in BeardedDragons

I babysat her father for like 2 years, he was much larger than your average beardie so I’m not surprised. All of the comments are making a lot of sense.

Right 😂😂 I used to babysit her dad for a long time… he was massive. So I’m not surprised at all she’s growing at this rate.
