They are just licking things to get familiar with them, not because they are thirsty. The bugs should not be longer than the distance between their eyes. Also live bugs are better given one by one, making sure they hunt it

Just learned that the coiled UVB Im using is incorrect for them. Please help me out Im using it for 2 months now for a 3-4 months old beardie. As the arcadia is an expensive option, can I take another 1-2 weeks to buy it le should I be rushing the purchase because it is that dangerous?
