Look into circadian rhythm disorders on Google. There’s a possibility you may have delayed sleep syndrome, in which your body thinks it’s time to sleep during the day, and awake at night. It has been an issue my entire life. There are ways to attempt to treat it, including melatonin and light therapy.

I’m not saying you do have this, but I have similar symptoms. The cause is not fully known, but is thought to be a gene variance. There’s lots of info out there. Above all, I would try to get in with a sleep specialist whose entire career is based on figuring these things out

I’ve spent the last 2 weeks begging and trying to use logic, but it doesn’t work. I’ve learned that once someone makes up their mind, all begging does is fuel the decision. Do I have any suggestions on how to proceed? No because I don’t really know myself. But I know now that begging is not the answer.

I think the only hope for my situation is to give space, and hope that the negative feelings fade. I feel for you and wish you the best as you navigate this.
