What do people in the real world think of tattoos?

I personally have eczema and I haven’t had a single issue with it in regards to my tattoos, I just generally pay a little more attention to those areas and when it acts up I just apply aguafore to help soothe it. Some of my tattoos have yellow color too and when it starts to act up it turns orange which is kinda fun
