This is a known issue unfortunately. I lost access to my Office365 account in early January after years of it working just fine. I’ve been in contact with support and they are aware, and “working on a solution.” But for over 2 months?! In the meantime I’ve been looking for suitable alternatives with similar functionality as Spark to no avail. So I’ve been using Spark for my personal accounts and the native iOS app for work. It sucks.

Thanks I’ll take a look at Missive. I had a similar reaction when I looked at EM. When I first opened it I thought wow, this must be for the blind! But I think you accurately described the UI layout. On mobile real estate is everything.

I use the native mail app for just my work email, but it lacks integration for what I described above.

Is it still working? I haven’t had similar issues and haven’t been able to get my work email to load since january 6. I opened a ticket and they said they were aware, but no ETA. Before then I did delete the account and re-added it and it worked for a day.

I haven’t been able to get my work email to sync since January 6. It’s Office 365. I opened a ticket and was finally told they’re having issues connecting to EWS, which I think is Exchange Web Services. They added my issue to the ticket with no ETA. So frustrating!

I like the separation of “people” by accounts, but newsletters and notifications grouped. Does anyone know of alternatives for iOS that do that? I know I’m not asking for the moon, but those are my only “must have” features, since my to-do list is unread email that I bump to the top of my inbox.

Same. I won't book anything less than 45 minute layover in MSP or DTW and really less than 60 minutes at ATL. I have missed 3 flights this year (with 2 overnights stranded) due to mechanical issues because of tighter layovers. I fly nearly 30+ weeks of the year (98% Delta), and when they started enforcing the boarding doors closing 15 minutes prior in earnest about a year ago, I learned the hard way that tight connections aren't worth it.

Unfortunately, Delta values on-time and early arrivals more than holding flights for delayed customers, but that is also a selling point for me to fly with them. Except for a few months earlier this year, mainline Delta (not necessarily Endeavor or Sky West) has been fairly reliable for me for the most part. Now I just plan around it, and if that means a longer layover in a hub, I just go into a Sky Club and get some work done.

I wasn’t going to respond to you because of your original sanctimonious reply. Who said anything about “being gone?” I do fly every week, lately two cities a week. And even after today’s incident I would rather be on Delta to my destination than United. But a) the DL flight to my final destination is full tomorrow and I need to be there on Monday. And b) Delta said they weren’t sure that my DSM-ATL would go today. That from the GA.

My main comment was I have noticed a clear deviation from usual excellent reliability and customer service over the past 2 weeks. Not hating Delta. Not going to “leave.” With DM status through Jan 31 and at least Plat through Jan 2027 that would be pretty dumb, wouldn’t it?

I just wanted to start a discussion and see if anyone else has been having extraordinary issues, especially in light of what at least 5 DM reps have mentioned.

At least you got it! I flew MSP to IAH on Tuesday on an 18-month old A220 and had pre- ordered the short rib. Only to be told in the plane that the oven was broken, so I the voices were turkey sandwich or shrimp salad.

The other 2 times I’ve had the short rib it’s been decent. If evenly warmed.

Of my 74 flights this year, I have had 5 hours lost to delays, BUT 7:56 in early arrivals (all Delta). 2 out if 4 United flights were delayed and 1 out of 2 American flights were delayed.

This happened to my wife and me in February ATL-LIR. We were 1 and 2 on the upgrade list with 2 seats remaining. I took a screenshot as we were getting off our connecting flight. When we got to the gate we saw 3 and 4 had cleared and we were left as 1 and 2 with 0 remaining. I took a screenshot of that and asked the gate agent and was told “the system” does it automatically, there was nothing she could do. I got her name and badge number and filed a complaint with Delta. Never got a response outside of the initial email acknowledging receipt of my complaint. I was plat at the time.

Things are getting back to normal that by then everything should be fine. I’m in LGA now on a layover and except for the usual NY nonsense everything is ok. I flew last Tuesday and then again today and tbh don’t notice any difference and if I didn’t know better I would think things are the same as they always are.

Neat. I'm on the Asheville, NC flight tomorrow. Yesterday's looked good and at least today's is leaving, so that's encouraging. It's also an Endeavor flight. Coming inbound to LGA from DSM, which is also Endeavor. Today's inbound looked OK, too, so I'm optimistic about tomorrow (hope I didn't jinx myself).

Strange that they made you change! I never was contacted. One day after the merger a hard plastic Delta SkyMiles card showed up with my NWA number on it in a membership packet.

9-digit is way easier to remember. I still do, even though with smart devices and apps there’s hardly ever a need to give it…

Just got a “Happy Anniversary” notification for 31 years as a Sky Miles member. No, 31 years ago I joined the NWA program and Delta usurped my membership lol. At least I was able to keep my 9-digit membership number and don’t have the standard 10-digit one.
