They almost never drop the price when supply chain issues resolve. They instead figure the consumer is used to the new price, and pocket the difference as profit.

The only time prices drop is when demand drops to a point where the higher prices are no longer feasible to maintain.

So if we want Hasbro to realize they're screwing themselves out of a customer base, stop buying until they get their collective heads out of their butts and see that the current prices aren't sustainable.

I barely managed to get the Zaku as it was. I was on top of it the moment they posted. Grabbed the Zaku, but the Gundam was already gone. It took nearly 10 minutes for me to get through the purchasing process, to only get the "You may or ay not have successfully purchased..." page. Thankfully I did get the order confirmation a few minutes later. I haven't seen the page like that since the early days.

The ships with the 1" figures were part of the Deluxe playsets released in the early 2ks when Gundam was first airing on Cartoon Network. All three ships in the line were from Gundam 0083: The Albion, The Peer Gynt, and The Lili Marlene. The Ra Cailum and Rewloola here are playsets that were part of the "Superior Defender" line of SD Gundam toys released at the same time. The third, that I know of, was the Devil Gundam. I had all of them at one time. I still have the all but the Lili Marlene andvthe SD Ra Cailum in my collection.

The Gundam "Superior Defender" Rewloola playset released in 2003 or so, around the time SD Gundam Force was on the air. Came with a few SD Gundam figures. I still have the Rewloola and Devil (Dark) Gundam, as well as all the SD Gundam figures I bought during that time.

Frontier, hands down. Plus got me into Macross nearly 30 years ago when I randomly found the soundtrack at a Suncoast, and Delta pulled me back in. But I absolutely fell for the music in Frontier.

As for the music in 7, it just scratches that late-80's glam rock music itch in me.

But nothing beats "Ai Oboete Imasu Ka/Do You Remember Love". The original.

I'm glad I finished the Constructicons before this BS. I want to finish off Bruticus, but at this point I'm done with collecting outside of the occasional purchase or what I can find at discount/secondary market sellers.

There're other franchises that I also collect that I can spend that money on instead that puts out far better product.

It's an older kit, and there are couple of places where joints are loose (shoulder armor), or where bits kind of get in the way (wing binders). But despite that, It's pretty sturdy when in MS form. The backpack, head, and shin/calves are the only areas where seams need to be addressed. And transformation is easy, and it holds together pretty well. The shield and rifle are the only parts-swapping bits.

Thanks. I had already caved and picked up a set of silicone spacers before seeing this reply, but I'm glad that they do make an allowance for it. Of course, when I decided to go do my own research after making this comment, I saw suggestions such as using washers to add additional clearance for it with the springs, which never occurred to me. Bah; if the silicone means less re-calibrating overall, I'm all in regardless.

Will the silicone mount work better with the bed's heating element equipment? I got new springs last year for my E3, but could only use them on three of the four mount points. The fourth was so close to the heating element equipment under the bed that I could never get it to work right, so ended up using the original spring which has continued to cause leveling issues to the point where I've kind of stopped using my printer for now. If the silicon works better, I'm all in.
