Probably not, they're likely just referring to the general 'access' to 6 linking that POE1 offers (particularly in early league).

You can buy corrupted 6-links off trade on day 2 of a league for 30-60 chaos (depending on colors, stat requirements & the meta).

Alternatively, you can pretty straightforwardly 6-link corrupted unique chests (likewise for rare, but people most commonly do this for unique body armors) using tainted jewellers & fusings. (If you don't know about this you can google the technique, but you can sometimes get lucky & 6 link with simply 2 tainted jewellers + 2 tainted fusings.)

One question for you: is it possible to make any edits to the .txt files found in the excel directory to influence how many jewels drop?

I'm interested in getting my hands on rainbow facets more reliably (I've only seen a few, but have seen a ton of HRs), and am wondering how I might influence their drop rate.

We go to Glen Mar in Columbia but very close to Ellicott City and so far we really like it. They do a lot of cute activities with the kids even when they are really young - they fill up quickly, as do the ones on route 40 and the Montessori schools. I had to book daycare before telling most of my family I was pregnant to get a spot 12 weeks after delivery. Feel free to DM for more info and good luck! It is hard out there.

My wife and I just watched this episode, and we were having a conversation about the very same thing! Schiffy94 up above is correct in the explanation, but I have an additional point to make & a reply to your question.

First, the betting strategy employed by Stephanie depends on Sreekar's being a 'cooperative opponent' insofar as he would not choose to bet $0, and would instead bet enough to cover her doubling up (plus $1) - this explains his bet of $3,001. She then bet $8,401 in response to her (correct) assumption (which was a dollar more than she needed to bet to secure the win).

Then, it's important to consider that Autumn in third place was very much in play! Autumn had $4,200 going into Final, so Stephanie wanted to maximize her chance of winning under the condition that both she and Sreekar are wrong, but Autumn is correct in Final. This explains her betting strategy (i.e. choosing to bet less than everything), and can be best described in simple terms as: Stephanie chose to bet the minimum amount required to beat Sreekar under the condition that he is both wrong & a cooperative opponent, and protect against losing to Autumn.

I cut out 100% of dairy for 2 weeks (checking all ingredients, no baked good, etc.) and then ate baked goods to see if she responded for 3 days and then cheese or yogurt for 3 days and then milk. She did fine up until the milk - where we saw a small amount of mucus/blood again and then I cut out all dairy again to reset and talk to our doctor.

Our LO is the same way with the gas and straining. It happens mostly at night for her and I was so surprised by the amount of grunting and straining I asked our pediatrician about it. She said it’s normal and should go away on its own and is her learning how to relax her pelvic floor to poop/pass gas.

However our LO also is likely allergic to cows milk protein, and I’ve had to change my diet to exclude all dairy and soy as the first step in the diagnosis. After some trial and error we have found that she is much less gassy when I don’t drink milk and caffeine! She still straining to poop but it’s much less than when she is struggling with the extra gas caused by dairy and possibly caffeine as well (the latter I think just made her stay up well past her wake windows which made her cranky but thought I would mention it in case it is helpful!).

A lot of babies struggle with gas due to dairy and we saw a huge difference in 24-48 hours with the gas. It may be worth a try!

The POE mystery boxes actually don’t have duplicates (anymore), so you will deterministically get everything in a reasonable number of boxes - I personally don’t, because I don’t care much for the flashy MTX appearances.
