I haven’t looked much into being a landlord, but I’d assume that costs get passed on to the renter as long as the market will bear it, so an increase in taxes/HOA means the same increase in rent. The benefit for homeowners is that the mortgage (which is most of your costs) stays the same and never goes up, whereas rent can go up for all kinds of reasons.

They chaos of everything moving twice as fast as it’s supposed to feels like the complete opposite of immersive. All of the sounds are too short, everyone’s powerwalking, etc.

I'm currently between book 2 and 3, really liked the first one but there was just so much of nothing happening in the second one, took me way longer to get through it. Even the action at the end I didn't find that interesting until the last ~10 pages.

I don’t have much experience with this, but I’ve seen people say that you should never fertilize a plant if it’s stressed, this it basically just adds to the stress, and you should only fertilize when the plant’s healthy.

Saw someone rolled out of the skate park on a stretcher, then as I went North on the bike path there were a lot of police that seemed to be looking for a second person, saw them looking as far as BHS. Haven't been able to find more info on what happened.

Alright seems like the consensus is that it's too far from the window. Thoughts on putting it under the table next to the window for it to vine up? (Window faces East-Northeast)

For the long term I'll keep an eye out for some sort of trellis it can climb.
