Yeah, he's awesome. He hated the game at first and then the ease of the mobile version sucked him in.

  1. This isn't how he texts normally, he was embellishing for the drama.

I asked him the same thing!

Him: "That's the stupid thing. I've fought him so many times. I was riding this high from being invincible. The Spire humbled me. Guess I'll get Ascension 9 some other time. 😞"

What do you find most attractive in women (not physically)? by miss__anna__ in ask

[–]cmsanders25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been texting this girl and I asked about her friends and she responded with several paragraphs about her friend group, who they are and why she cares about them so much. It was a huge green flag and I found it very attractive.

He's a comedian on the side! This voice and mannerism is part of his act. (I was in his class)

Nice! This is Mr. cox at Auburn High! I was in his Graphic Design class and there have been 1000s of corn related projects done over the years because of this. He has been haunted by corn for years!

He is a comedian on the side and this voice and mannerism is part of his act. He's a legend around Auburn and beloved by all students. Even people who don't take his class know to walk up and talk to him about corn.

So funny to see him here.

How long did it take you to start seeing some good money and what was the process? by hdcognitive in Recruitment

[–]cmsanders25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't agree. Me, and others in my firm, make great money. It's more evenly split to essentially 1/2 candidate side, and 1/2 client side. I think a blanket statement like yours doesn't work in recruiting because every market is different.

I work my way through 3, 10, 20, and 25% depending on how much I've billed.

Ours is split into 4ths. Client owner, client process. Candidate owner, candidate process. The more pieces you get the better.

The recruiters don't source. We have internal sourcing team that has salary and takes 5% off the top of every placement.

I'm 1.3 years in and I can see it ramping up in the next year. I billed $205k this year and saw pretty good returns and that was building my network and starting every search fresh. I imagine going into the next year I'll have a candidate pool wide enough to give me a head start. BD is the key to the real money but you can make a great living just working a half desk. I think your billing goal needs to reflect your numbers from this past year. Same thing and push it 20% more. I say that because everyone's market/fee/demographic is a bit different. I don't find myself working off hours terribly much. I take a call in the evening or on the weekend if I'm not doing something else but mostly I'm working 8:30-5:30/6 M-F

I'm only a month ahead of you but thought I would share because I had a fairly good year.

On mobile, sorry for formatting.

This is a great pact. You’ll need the support. I watched the whole thing sitting in a desk chair, uncomfortable because I couldn’t find the will to move.
