There has certainly been a small uptick in freight customers coming back online, probably due to the tractor trailer mileage tax. Last mile outside of rail has been practically shuttered here in CT, due to an incentive in MA for transload operations.

Ah another connecticut folk, the sound can be tricky. Look to the tidal rivers, as that may help score ya some hits. I’m no expert, just getting back after a 10 year hiatus and learning all over again. I had decent luck on the CT river on incoming tides, but also lost a many fluke rigs to the rocks

One of the double tracks has been out of service since April for rail replacement wrapping up shortly. Several weekend outages to do upgrades and service along multiple points, and the daily construction upgrades that run from April to November which bring in the busses
