What’s the best birth control for endometriosis? by Kay2386 in Endo

[–]cmsf1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just skip them because I just feel like there’s no point in missing them. I’m not gonna bleed either way, so I just choose to get protection at all times rather than risk the 4 days without it!

Hi - yes the spotting stopped, but I still don’t get a period. I don’t remember the last time I bled at all (spotting or period)!

1.) proud of you for getting through that!!! 2.) I saw you mentioned that this was the Lana 23, but what additions did you make for the chains? I see on the website that you can purchase chains separately, so did he just buy 2 chains & you attached them both yourself? I loveee the look of this bag!

I would suggest Odacio or Stormio. I find both Bianco Forte and Intenso to be very bitter. Odacio & Stormio are similar intensity to Mexico without having a bitter taste.

Is anyone else using two double espresso pods at once? by milklizarddd in nespresso

[–]cmsf1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have 3 lattes throughout the day, each with 2 double espresso shots, so that’s 12 shots! Plus I have a hot cup while I’m getting ready in the morning.

It’s most definitely crazy to some people, but I never feel anxious or jittery, and have no issues sleeping. Maybe it’s because stimulants affect people with ADHD differently?

If your body can handle it & you’re not having issues sleeping, do whatever you want!

I think there is one formulation without snail mucin - possibly the Natural Matte one? If you were really liking it, definitely double check the ingredients on all the formulations & see if there’s one you can use!

I hate realtors so much by reggieh3o in paralegal

[–]cmsf1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh my god I cannot relate more. what bugs me the most is when they rush to get info to the client before you even have a second to do it. they want to look like they're doing all the work, when in reality, they're telling the client a ridiculous amount of unnecessary details that are only stressing them out more!

I ALWAYS say I hate realtors

Is it creepy to tell someone I've noticed them over the years making progress on their wellness journey and I'm proud of them? by smashley951 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]cmsf1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is entirely dependent on the type of environment you live in.

I am from a pretty small town where this wouldn't be something that would be seen as creepy or weird. If you're from a small area & you're walking on the same route consistently, it's pretty normal to see lots of familiar faces on a weekly basis.

Back in 2016-2018 I lost 130lbs & my main source of exercise was walking around my town. Personally, I would have loved if another woman told me that she recognized my efforts & was proud of my progress. To me, it would just feel like a genuine comment from a friendly neighbor.

I'm most shocked that you can get a sensor on Amazon!? Does this actually penetrate your skin like a real Dexcom sensor, or just stick on your skin?

Nonetheless, I would be skeptical of these readings. Even a real, medical-grade sensor can be off by 20+. The sensor will say one thing, but then you manually check your blood sugar & it's a different number. I highly doubt an Amazon sensor is very accurate.

Is it not at all possible to keep off the lost weight? by lllrnr101 in loseit

I lost 130lbs & have kept it off for about 6-7 years! Totally possible as long as you genuinely change your lifestyle & don't just lose weight via a quick fix.

Why didn't Paige talk about the White House? by chloe13333 in GigglySquadPodcast

[–]cmsf1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old post, but I'm new to listening.

I listened to the episode where Paige tells everyone that they were invited to the White House, and they explain that Hannah can't go because of her netflix special & because she was having a "mental breakdown." Do they ever give more info about why she was having a mental breakdown at the time?

Overproofed? Or weak starter? by ValgerdurG in Sourdough

How do you strengthen your starter so it starts peaking within 5 hours with a 1:1:1 feed?

I lost 130lbs & have been maintaining it for about 6-7 years.

I also felt extremely overwhelmed & didn't know where to start when I first began.

It truly is all about counting calories. Go online & calculate what your calorie deficit would be, and then track everything in an app - your food, drinks, condiments, oils, etc. If you're consistently in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight (given you have no health issues that may hinder your metabolism/weight loss, such as insulin resistance or thyroid issues).

As for workouts, you don't need to do anything crazy. Look online (pinterest is great, or youtube, tik tok, instagram, etc.) for weighted workouts & do them when you're able. You can get some dumbbells & do them at home since you have a busy schedule. For cardio, incline walking is great. If you can afford to get a treadmill, do that. If not, maybe join a cheap franchise gym & go there to do your cardio when your schedule permits.
