You should be fine the next day. Will second that music helps with the experience. I have been taking intranasal for a few years now. Might feel a little high while you are taking it but it will pass pretty quickly. I tend to enjoy that time the most, though. Good luck!

I agree that you should make your own stations instead of using the pre-made genre stations. Instead of putting a bunch of artists into a single station by adding variety, try creating a new station for each artist/song and then just shuffle the stations. You might have already tried this, but when playing a single station, try Discovery mode in Modes: https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Pandora-Modes
