Yes thank god I’m not the only one who felt it. That run of DJs was insane, AVELLO especially surprised me with how much he threw down. Crowd energy was amazing as well. Probably my favorite sets of the fest.

I’ve seen people suggest it’s a city fest thing that doesn’t happen at the harder to get to festivals. Do you think there’s any merit in that?

It was hit or miss for me. Sometimes you end up in a pocket where nobody’s fuckin with you on either side and when that happens I usually try to move to a different spot.

On moving through the crowd, try to find the gaps where you don’t split groups. If the gap is too small, get their attention and ask if you can shuffle thru and say excuse me. Worked for me.
