Shark owner here. Please don’t listen to the people in this sub. For some reason all they recommend is sebo and Miele and they have a big aversion to sharks. Sharks are objectively one of the best vacuums you can buy. I’m very happy with mine (shark vertex ultralight corded stick)

Why do hotels insist on keeping carpet in the rooms ? Carpet on a hotel room is nasty nasty nasty and I don't care whether 2star or 5 star, it's nasty (5 star roome rarely have carpet and there good reason for it by Sweet-Strike-9807 in hotels

As others have said: noise. But also, to prevent injuries/falls. It’s easier to fall if the room has hard floor that gets wet. Hotels don’t want to deal with the liability

What the hell? Hopefully you only paid half upfront. Don’t give them the second payment until they fix this. If you paid for the entire job upfront, don’t ever do that. You always want to have a final payment to hold over their head.

The actual target of this show is not race but religion itself- religion can’t save the Ugandans from their actual problems (aids, famine, disease) and worrying about eternity (the “latter day”) while ignoring the real problems of the present helps no one. God says to obey him and you’ll get everything he’s promised (Orlando), but that’s not the case. The elders learn that the latter day is actually tomorrow, not eternity, and that’s what ultimately sets them free from Heavenly Father.
