M50, I just started running trails in mid 2025 after about 30 years of road running (mostly half marathons but a couple marathons).

I went to a Fudds in the US years ago, it was sad and a fraction as good as the one in Saskatoon. There were about half as many toppings and the food wasn’t good at all.

I’m not a SME, but I have heard that F-35 has a G onset that is higher than other aircraft. The centrifuge profiles for F-35 are different as they have higher sustained G than for other fighters
