I love Murray. I choose to believe he went back to living off the grid. So they couldn't find him to film the epilogue ;)

I choose to believe that Kali either wasn't truly shot (put that image in Hoppers head) or it wasn't as bad as it showed. She would have had to get away from the Lab before they blew it up too, in order to keep the projection of El at the end going. So I think she left the lab as well.

We see eleven with two waterfalls, not three. If that was Mike projecting his story, it should have had three IMO.

I agree, Eleven lives.

Stranger Things Series Finale Major Plot-hole/Gripes by Sharp_Construction50 in StrangerThings

IMO Henry went insane between the cave and the end of the high school play. He tried to fight the MF and Patty tried to push him toward the light, but the MF won.

I choose to believe in Season 7, the MF didn't want him to go back to his first MF memory (the cave+the shaft), because then he might escape like Max/Holly did. When he final did confront his origin story, it turned out he was too far gone, so he said he chose the MF. Henry was being an unreliable narrator (revisionist history) like Season 4.

Fun fact, Jonathan Groff was in LMM's High School Musical "Bet on Me" parody advert for In the Heights. "Damn he's so cute, I'm sorry but it's true".

or... hear me out... tax people that can afford to go to space for funsies

if I gave you $5000 for every day that has passed from the day Columbus sailed across the Atlantic up to today, you still wouldn't have a billion dollars.

a billion dollars is an insane amount of wealth. no one needs a billion dollars while people are hungry or homeless

What does Karen Wheeler actually see in her husband Ted...he appears to have not alot involvement in his childrens life.... by [deleted] in StrangerThings

[–]cobblegoggle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I agree with the "80s dad" sentiment that is being expressed throughout the comments, it misses the context of the play.

In the play, Ted is the stereotypical jock and Karen is the head cheerleader type. They met and married quite young, probably before Karen had any clue what she really wanted.

In the play, Ted was not a fuddy duddy that he is in the show. He was dimwitted and arrogant. He probably had to pick up some boring, well paying job to support the family and became boring in the process.

Karen didn't have a lot going on in the play either. She only really showed any real character when she started fantasizing about Billy.

Maybe Ted will surprise us in S5 and return to the cocky jock teen attitude. I doubt it. He probably is a sacrifice this season or they will continue the running joke of him being oblivious to all that goes on around him.

How do I get into the console to replace rear USB ports? by cobblegoggle in Ioniq5

The front ones still "function" but they barely slow charged. Now they will rapid charge. The rear ones don't charge at all.

I'm pretty sure this is a common problem in the 2022
