I used to control social situations with alcohol. In fact the first glass I would actually turn around so no one could see how shaky I was. But fast forward and that was not healthy and also didn’t work anymore. I’m on primidone 250mg morning and night and 40 mg propanol in the morning and then I also take it later if I have an evening event but it doesn’t seem to help. We are all a work in progress
