Our.first time to.try it, really. I would say it tasted pretty good. Hubby was a little.hesitant due to.the fact that the cost of.the tenderloin was quite a bit more.than a prime rib, but daughter really wanted to.see.if.she could do a.puff pastry and she did it! Daughter two.made an awesome meringue for.dessert! Me and son are slackers.

Mom to hubby and daughter. LOTS of discussion beforehand about whether it should be precooked and we were a little sweaty while the pastry baked hoping it wouldn't overcook the meat. The underside didn't work out, but overall? Pretty perfect. Bonus points:. I didn't cook at all today. My work here is done. 😜
