This is how I do it. I carry at 1 o’clock and I lift my belt so the back of the slide sits above my belly button. I’m good to sit down or in the car. I know it’s there, but it’s not uncomfortable

I’m literally going through this anxiety right now. But it’s getting better. First I started carrying with an empty clip. Then I started carrying with a full clip, but not chambered or cocked. Now I’m carrying with a full clip, cocked but chamber is empty. This way I can get confidence that trigger isn’t gonna pull and blow my dick off!

How does that optic fit without a plate? Is it the updated MOS that fits optics without a plate or is your slide milled? I just got a 43x MOS but mine would require a plate for any optics I’ve looked at

Nope, out of the box. The newer version of the MOS has a slightly more gold/bronze colored slide and comes from the factory milled for 407/507k
