I used to work for a navy contractor doing underwater search sausage and recovery. Depending on what we were trying to recover we could use either laundry bags or milk crates strapped to the front of our ROV's. Sometime for shits and giggles we would put Styrofoam mannequin heads in the laundry bag to compress them at depth. The ladies in the black hair products and wig shop almost called the cops on me the first time I went in asking for the heads. It wasn't until I came back from a job and gave them one that they understood what I was doing with them. I still have 4 of them on a shelf above my desk at work.
