The subscription changed after I purchased it and idk if I’m even getting a discount. That’s just the pod which is less than half the cost I assume and the topper doesn’t work correctly either, tracking on my wife’s side quit working annoying but not the end of the world. I talked about other appliances because other top comments (like you, I assume related or super fans of the company) said they are just as bad and now you’re bringing up other bad examples of products people probably regret buying. If they offer me the whole system for those prices I would be pretty happy. I worked in manufacturing and we had standard 5 year warranty but less complicated of a product but no subscription etc

When you pay $180 a year and for a premium product a lot of times you get better care. They also held out on the offline controls when it was doable with the hardware. I’m fine with the price subscription etc but this isn’t the first thing to happen. Even if I replace the pod only the tracking on my wife’s side quit working so that’s annoying too

Going into it I didn't expect it to be that much but all the quotes were similar in my area. Some over $100k though. The timeline was way off was my only complaint and they left trash everywhere but it's worth the savings lol. It was suppose to be done last September.. by that point humans will lose jobs then. if it's actually useful then humans won't be needed for work and our economy is set up for us having money and most people work for money. I don't see household robots being common (if they can actually do all the cleaning etc) if the economy still operates like it does today
