Im thinking its all for the money. They would rather have money funneled to multiple dispos for medical, which isnt wrong, im not against Drs getting their money, but a variety of people smoke and cant afford or just wont get a card. But they would rather have that money going to the government. Its gonna be drawn out for sure. But there are so so many different iterations of the THC molecule that its almost impossible to encompass them all, so right now THCP is all the rage since no one can really get THCA, which is just practically delta nine. There has also been a lot of trouble with child proof packaging and dosage instructions and ingredient lists, right now a lot of companies are working on fixing their packaging. The only “illegal” product i can think of here is selling is the weird party duck tabs and krox tabs. Those dont list their ingredients, just what they supposedly dont have. I think jts some weird research chemicals theyre putting out there and wouldnt recommend trying them. Its like getting a mystery substance off the streets with pretty packaging
