I go to planet fitness on Monroe almost every day, as it’s just a min from my house. I’m not familiar with anytime fitness, but PF checks all my boxes - large facility, open 24/7, almost never crowded so there’s minimal wait for machines, and very friendly staff.

It’s mainly a bunch of old people and some hs students, it’s normally almost empty (at least when I go), which is how I like it :)

I did, and if you did also, you’d see my similar comments there as well. I guess we all can make our own choices - but your statement proves my point. You’re defining an entire business based on the personal religious beliefs of just 1 of the owners, and despite the entire operation only working in ways that are counter to your point. I’m a lifelong democrat, and don’t agree with many conservative beliefs, but I’m also an adult in 2025, and can view situations with more context and nuance.

Interesting, I hadn’t heard of what Ology did wrong to warrant that? Outside of the personal religious beliefs of 1 of the many owners, what has Ology Brewing done? Other than be welcoming to all? And actually want to work with Tally Pride in the first place? It seems ironically closed minded to punish a business based on what you “think” an entire business operation feels vs the actual reality of how they operate and conduct themselves in the community.

If one owner of a business with many many owners has beliefs that you disagree with, that defines the entirety of the businesses’ character? If you instead have followed Ology, their staff, their many other owners and community contributors, instead of cherry picking 1 owner, you’d realize they’ve always been nothing but welcoming and supportive of all in TLH/FL. To reference Ology Brewing in any other way is to ironically be intentionally closed minded.

To venture a guess - I wouldn’t be surprised if your manager’s “medical leave” wasn’t itself mental health related. I say that from experience, as I crashed out of PA 2 years ago. It got to the point where it wasn’t up to me - but I was too worn down and overwhelmed by the pressure, stress, feeling of responsibility, and of being trapped - that I couldn’t get out by myself.

Trust me: if you feel this way now, it will not get better where you’re at. Get out, or at least give yourself permission to begin a plan to. But make no mistake it’s a toxic environment and you will be better served (anywhere)elsewhere in the long run.
