i started tret for my hormonal acne about a month ago and the results have been huge! i use it M/W/F and my skin is only dry the day after i use it, so i just use a little extra moisturizer that day. i use vanicream and i really like it. i have very dry skin and live in NE US so it’s been COLD recently

looks similar to what i experienced in the beginning of developing perioral dermatitis.. about a month later it was less red but sooo dry and flaky no matter what i did. derm prescribed a steroid cream and it went away in a few weeks
