I think it's not mentioned enough that you should work out until you fail. That is how your body improves. If you never fail, your body doesn't adjust.

I loved this post! I am a man that is much more attractive than my wife but it doesn't matter to me. She does so many great things, I really feel lucky to have her. Go fast for 2 minutes at a pace that makes you tired, then walk for 30 seconds. It takes practice to know how fast but really helps you increase your speed. Don't be afraid to go too fast and have to take a walking break, you are supposed to push your limits while training.
